Prior to proceeding with the inspection request, please read and agree to the below terms:

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice (subject to inspector availability).
• All requests must be made before 4 pm. Any requests received after this time will be attended to the next business day.
• For any changes or cancellations, please call the relevant state office.
• Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.
• Where a qualified structural engineer carries out inspections, our office is to be notified, and a Certificate of Compliance, Building Work (Regulation 126) must be provided to us within 48 hours of the inspection. Please email this to inspections@krneta.com.au
• We cannot guarantee exact times (am or pm timeslots only) to allow for traffic, previous bookings running over time, etc.
• Ensure that previous inspections have passed before booking further inspections to avoid cancellations and rescheduling.
• Before requesting a frame inspection, please send truss computations and layouts to inspections@krneta.com.au.
